Whatever system you choose, mount your sensor at 3-4 feet height with clear sight line to the driveway, angle it slightly downward to reduce wildlife triggers, and test detection with both walking and driving approaches before considering installation complete. A driveway alarm only works if it’s catching what you need it to catch without driving you crazy with false alerts.
